IVAN HILL TERRACE
Residential, Present
Los Angeles, CA
The project is a 3-unit housing project with a larger unit in front and two smaller units in the back. This site layout maximizes the living square footage of the main tenant. The larger unit offers more opportunity for formal variation and would therefore be beneficial to be featured in the front of the site where it will be most visible by all from the street.
The main unit has a centralized cut that allows fresh air and light into the main circulation, providing balcony to the front unit. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths with 2nd floor as the main living floor. Another atrium through the bedroom floors allow for beautiful sunlight into the dining area
The two back units are also 3 beds and 3 bathrooms. The living floor in on the 2nd, allowing an unobstructed experience of dining and living. The rooftop floor allows the third bedroom to look out into the roof garden.
